This was such a great day!

This weekend, a few of us certified and soon-to-be certified Spinal Flow practitioners got together for a Spinal Flow day retreat… 😌🌊

We love getting a chance to reconnect, share a few laughs, have some amazing food and treat each other as we pioneer this beautiful modality to the Nations Capital.

Thank you to Chantel, our lovely host who is going for her immersive in September (part of the certification process).
Thanks to Anik, a certified practitioner joining us from Sainte-Adèle Quebec, and thank you to Jen and Deborah practicing in Arnprior ON, Giselle in Ottawa-west, Brenda in Osgoode ON, and Helene in Ottawa-east for a restorative day.

We might be a little biased… 😉
But we’re genuinely passionate about helping more people discover the benefits of The Spinal Flow Technique because we’ve experienced its impact ourselves—and we’ve witnessed the incredible changes in our people.

I’ve been participating in Satinder’s meditation classes since the spring now and the benefits to my overall wellbeing just keep growing. It’s an elevated experience to develop a meditation/mindfulness practice in the company of others. Connections keep growing too!
