🍂🎃🍁 It’s that time of year again… 🎃 ✨
Last year’s Pumpkin Painting Workshop 🎨 👩‍🎨 was such a hit, I’m thinking… should we do it again? 🤔 🤓
This year, I’m considering two separate age groups .🤷🏼‍♀️💁🏼‍♀️
A younger artists’ group, and an ages 12 plus group. Before I start planning, I wanna know, is there enough interest? 👀
Would your child love to come paint their own pumpkin? 🎃
Comment below with their age and let me know which group you’d be interested in. 💬

Sometimes we need to honour silence so our body, mind & spirit can sync together. This is where the magic starts.
Rules:
1. It’s not hurting a massage therapists’ feelings if you don’t want to talk. This is your paid session.
2. Don’t know how to not chat? Take some deep breaths or ask for what you need to help support you (cloth to cover eyes, neck pillow, table warmer, fan or different music perhaps?)
3. How to set the tone so your massage therapist meets you there?
Statements like “I’m tired today and might fall asleep on you today”
Or simply “I’m going to practice silence for today’s massage”.

Being distracted is one of the easiest ways to
avoid ourselves.

When we slow down and become still, there's a
chance we'll come face to face with something
we've been avoiding:

A past hurt.
An old pattern.
An emotion we've never allowed ourselves
to fully feel.

There's nothing wrong with talking but
sometimes the greatest insight comes when
we stop talking long enough to feel.
