When I pictured the future of Next Step Vitality, Mindy was part of it. She was supposed to be my right hand, working alongside me as we built this dream.

Losing Mindy meant losing someone I had hoped to share this next chapter with. As we prepare to open our doors, I wish so deeply that she could be here to see it.

This plaque is a small way to give Mindy a place in the space we had imagined together. She may not be standing beside me, but she will always be part of Next Step Vitality.

In loving memory of Mindy Cross 🤍
