A pause in regularly scheduled posting for some gushing appreciation. I get that today is a hallmark day, but sometimes I need the reminder to stop and say thanks. the handyman, cleaning assistant, sounding board and part of the inspiration behind . For supporting my dream, for dealing with my crazy, for being the best furdad, for reminding me to stop, take a walk and have a laugh ... thank you 💗🥰 x0x

S3X shouldn't hurt. Period. Not just a little, not at all. It's common to think that its normal to have some discomfort with in*******se. But know that it should be pleasurable for both participants. M O V E. in anyway that feels good. Previously I would have been bummed to cancel an in clinic day due to a snow storm. But a nod to so many mentors recently, and taking a page from an email that went out this morning , and doing whatever feels good for today. We rarely get time to literally just play, so after a morning of virtual patients, I put away the to do list and enjoyed some outside time with my faves 🥰. Happy snow day x0
