Karma Yoga Practice: Optimist Fundraiser
Come out for yoga class, and support the Aylmer Optimist Club at the same time!
I invite you to join us as we begin to wind down our week together with intention, breath work, meditation, and gentle yoga.
Classes resume on January 7th at the Aylmer Optimist Club on 30 Queen Street South, Aylmer. Our practice is on Wednesday nights from 6-7. Fees are donated to the Aylmer Optimist Club, paid for on a monthly basis, and are non refundable
Please bring a yoga mat, and dress in comfortable clothing that allows for bending and stretching. You may wish to wear something warm over your yoga clothes, for the beginning of class and savasana. Don't forget to bring a water bottle to stay hydrated.
This is a non-judgemental, caring practice and all levels of yoga are welcome.
