“How is this different from other wellness approaches?”

At Rooted in Remedy, the focus is on the whole body.

Your body is made up of many systems that are constantly communicating with one another, including digestion, hormones, nerves, immune function, emotions, and energy.

When one area feels out of balance, other areas can be affected too.

That’s why I don’t look at one concern in isolation.

Using gentle bio-active feedback and personalized herbal support, the goal is to better understand what your body may be asking for and create a plan that supports you as a whole person.

I know what it feels like to be tired of not feeling like yourself. To wonder if something is being missed, and to want someone to look at the whole picture, not just one small piece.
That experience shaped the way I care for others.
