Have you ever wondered why so many people are switching to natural perfumes?
Many conventional fragrances contain synthetic chemicals, including ingredients such as phthalates, that can act as endocrine (hormone) disruptors. While not every synthetic perfume contains them, some fragrance ingredients have raised concerns because they may interfere with the body’s hormonal system.
Your skin is your largest organ, and what you apply to it matters.
That’s why I created my new collection of 100% natural roll-on perfume oils crafted with pure botanicals, therapeutic plant oils, and inspired by the wild beauty of Cape Breton. No synthetic fragrances. No unnecessary chemicals. Just nature in its purest form.
Because smelling beautiful shouldn’t come at the expense of your well-being.

I recently had the pleasure of teaching a Wildcrafted Incense 101 workshop at the Cape Breton Centre for Craft. It was a wonderful evening of learning, creativity, and connection with nature. One of the participants was inspired to write a lovely article about her experience on her blog, and I am grateful for her kind words and reflections. Due to the positive response, I will be offering more Wildcrafted Incense 101 workshops this fall and again before Christmas. For inquiries about upcoming workshops or to book a private event, please contact Iris at 902-818-8504.

Feel free to share the blog link alongside this post to highlight the participant’s experience.
