This Sunday we close the month of May the same way that we started, with a big and beautiful full moon.
Known as a blue moon when one month holds the energy of two full moons. These only occur once every three years roughly, so they are associated with second chances or new ways forward.
In the sign of Sagittarius this moon will be very illuminating and expansive. Helping us to see what we have outgrown, be honest about what no longer belongs, what might be holding us back or feel too heavy to carry any longer.
This moon wants us to see beyond the routines, doubts and fears that are no longer serving us. To see things differently and move us beyond our comfort zone as we reconnect with what resonates most for us now.
You may feel as if you’re standing on the edge of your old life or way of being and your new. Perhaps you are revisiting something from the past another layer deeper. Or are being guided to walk towards and say yes to something new.
This moon is actually connected to the Sagittarius new moon back in December. So it offers us a really beautiful opportunity to reflect upon the last six months before we step into the next six.
Have the intentions you set back then taken seed, have you walk towards them or chosen to change direction? Either way let your faith be louder than your fear and trust your visions and hearts deepest longing.
Your soul is ready! This moon is your permission slip to say yes, think bigger and take up space. The world needs the energy of your light.

There is a reason we are gathering by the these waters for Soul Tide.
Water has always felt deeply sacred to me.
It holds the energy of the feminine; intuitive, emotional, fluid, ancient, ever-changing and ever-returning. It reminds us that healing is not linear, that life moves in cycles and tides, and that softness can hold immense power.
The waters also regulate us in ways many of us don’t even realize. The sound of waves, the rhythm of the tide, the openness of the shoreline, our nervous systems respond to it. We soften. We breathe differently. We become quieter inside.
And when the noise within us settles, we can hear ourselves more clearly.
For me, water also carries the presence of lineage.
Of our mothers and our grandmothers.
Of the women who came before us and knew how to gather, how to listen, how to sit with the Earth, how to move with intuition instead of constant urgency.
I think many of us are longing to remember this way of being again and bring it into our daily lives more.
Soul Tide is not simply a retreat by the beach.
It is an intentional gathering rooted in ceremony, nature, connection, nervous system restoration and remembrance.
An afternoon held by this shoreline.
To slow down.
To reconnect.
To sit alongside these waters and listen to what your spirit has been trying to say beneath all the noise.
Lake Huron has become part of the medicine itself and I cannot wait to gather right here with you.

One thing this past weekend clarified for me is that I don’t simply want to host retreats or spiritual gatherings for the sake of doing so.
What I truly want to create are intentional spaces where people can slow down enough to genuinely connect; to themselves, to nature, to one another and to something deeper.
Spaces that feel grounded.
Human.
Present.
Nourishing.
Honest.
Spaces rooted in ceremony, but in a way that feels deeply embodied and real.
Not performative.
Not pressured.
Not spaces where people feel like they need to arrive a certain way in order to belong.
This retreat held so much beauty, depth, laughter, vulnerability and ceremony. But it also helped Lou and I become even clearer on what feels most aligned for us moving forward.
The retreats on Lake Huron especially have shown us that the nourishment, the meals, the fire, the pacing, the conversations, the time outside, the quiet moments between ceremonies…those things are not separate from the experience.
They are part of the medicine.
Watching Lou nourish people, welcome them, tend to the atmosphere and create warmth around the experience has made me realize how deeply healing presence itself can be.
And for me, I continue to realize how much I love creating spaces rooted in ritual, depth, emotional honesty, nature and remembrance.
I do believe this world is asking us to create more moments like this in between all the rushing, consuming, striving and noise.
To remember what it feels like to gather with intention, presence, honesty and humanity in a world that so often pulls us away from it.
Not necessarily to escape life, but to reconnect within it.
To slow down long enough to truly see one another again.
To sit around fires and share meals for nourishment and connection.
Because underneath so much of what people are carrying right now, I think many of us are simply longing to feel human together again.
We’d be so honoured to hold these spaces alongside you, Jennifer and Lou

Well — I did not get a new picture of me and my drum in the forest this past weekend at our retreat because we were all too busy being deeply present in ceremony.
And honestly, I’m so grateful for that. It felt like such a gift to give ourselves permission to fully arrive in sisterhood, ritual and Mother Nature without needing to document every moment.
We did, however, spend some time practicing with the drum together and through that I came to a deeper realization about the energy behind what this beautiful drum and I wish to offer through these spaces together.
Drums are incredibly healing. Their rhythm mirrors the heartbeat of the Earth, which is the same as your own heartbeat. Because of this, their sound can be deeply regulating for our nervous systems while also helping us journey deeper into meditation, spirit, intuition and remembrance.
Each drum carries its own Spirit. This beauty, created from my ancestral home lands is named Sova, which means Owl.
Her deep tone almost feels like a growl to me. She carries the energy of the dark feminine: wild, mystical, intuitive, ancient. The part of ourselves that remembers. The part that refuses to stay small.
Working with her feels like medicine for imposter syndrome, witch wounds and the fear of fully using our voice or being seen. She reminds me of the power that awakens when women gather in truth, reverence, ritual and authenticity.
If you are longing to reconnect with your stories, your intuition, your feminine essence, your magic or your ancestral roots…I truly hope you will consider joining me for Soul Tide on Lake Huron June 20th.
An afternoon by the water for Ceremony, Connection, Nature, Drum healing and deeply grounded meditations.
A space to remember and return to who you are and have always been.

There are moments in life when we find ourselves between worlds.
No longer who we once were…not yet fully clear on what comes next.
Drawn toward something unseen.
Something ancient.
Something calling beneath the surface.
This June, I’ll be gathering on the shores of Lake Huron for the first time to offer an afternoon of shamanic journeying guided by my ancestral drum and the vast medicine of the waters.
Not in the forest this time. But at the horizon’s edge.
A different landscape.
A different frequency.
A different conversation with spirit.
Over the course of this 3-hour beach gathering, you will be guided through three shamanic journey meditations designed to help you deepen your intuition, access inner knowing and meet the quieter, wiser parts of yourself that often only emerge in stillness, rhythm and threshold spaces.
The drum itself is deeply healing.
Its rhythm has long been used to quiet the thinking mind, support nervous system regulation, open intuitive pathways and guide us into deeper connection with spirit, self and the unseen.
Combined with the medicine of the water, the warmth of a fire, the open sky and the shoreline of Lake Huron, this becomes more than meditation alone.
It becomes an experience of being held by rhythm, nature and something greater than yourself.
Lake Huron carries a presence that is difficult to explain until you stand before it.
Vast.
Mystical.
Ancient.
Open.
This is for those who have been feeling: in-between versions of themselves, emotionally tender or uncertain, pulled toward something deeper, called to the medicine of the water, the drum and the unseen.
You do not need experience with shamanic journeying to come. Only a willingness to listen.
We gather on the beach.
At the water’s edge.
Between worlds.

I just keep returning to the Earth the last few days. This whole grieving process has really strengthened my belief in nature and the divine as a steadfast space holder and healer for us all.
Just days after her passing our friend came forward to me in a dream to not only give one last hug, but to hold me in a healing session just as I have done for her so many times.
It’s beautiful to see how interconnected we all are no matter where we are. Even if it is hard to let someone go.
We spent time with her family on Sunday and they went on and on about how grateful they were to us both. Saying she thought so highly of who were and what we do as space holders ourselves. How much we helped her and how deeply she loved us. It was emotional, raw and honest.
As she comes forward to hold space for us now, I know more than ever how important it is to be held, how much we need one another and how greatly it can impact one’s life.
So in her honour we lean more deeply into holding ceremonies and retreats for us to gather in community, to lean on one another and to return to the Earth to nourish our hearts and souls.
We deepen into this calling this coming weekend and so look forward to seeing you all soon among the trees, 💖 Jennifer and Lou

This is not your typical New Moon post - though it was supposed to be as it is tomorrow.
Yesterday we lost a friend so suddenly. Someone who started out as a coworker & client that became a trusted friend & one of our biggest supporters.
She was someone who prayed out loud for us & believed wholeheartedly in us both. Always having Lous back at work, speaking so highly of what I did & was lucky enough to hold her in.
She was open, transparent & blatantly honest. It’s what I loved most about her & why we both trusted her so deeply.
So today’s New Moon message is in her honour & I will put it very bluntly just as she always did with us.
It’s time to stop fu***ng around. We have this one wild life to live & it’s yours for only a finite amount of time.
Really ask yourself if you’re leading a life that is truly aligned with your values. If not, be brave enough to make changes.
Stop waiting for the right moment…this is the only moment that truly matters right here in front of you.
Say the things you want to say, feel how you want to feel & do whatever it is you want to do.
The world is noisy, fast and unwell. Take responsibility for yourself, invest in your self care, get grounded, heal so we can better take care of each other in this mess.
If you feel tired, unsure or overwhelmed, take the time you deserve to sink in & just be. Connect to your heart & soul. It is your true home, your biggest healer & your best guide.
The Ta**us New Moon is asking us to slow down and really start living from our own values. To really create a life that feels nourishing, fulfilling & sustainable for you.
Our friend was a big presence - give yourself the same permission to take up space.
She didn’t hold back or do anything half assed - so go all in, be so completely honest & true to you.
She loved what she did for a living - so get out there, make the change & do what you love.
And most importantly…she loved those in her life so openly - so love big, bold & bright.

Something I get asked a lot is whether I still do Reiki healing sessions. The short answer is yes.
I’m actually fully certified in all the levels of Reiki, but I later felt called to learn the various methods of Shamanic Healing as well and often weave them in.
In my training, I learned how to channel and work with the elements as well as the spiritual light. As well as how to do cord removals, soul retrievals and ancestral healing too.
Two things to know is that we never do all of that in one session. I use my training in mediumship to channel an intuitively guided session specifically for you. Your guides will never lead us to do more than we can handle in one session as we only channelling what is for your highest and best.
Secondly, at the end of the day, whether we’re talking about Reiki healing energy, channeling the spiritual light, the Earth or your inner light…it is all made up of the exact same divine life force energy.
So we could put a label on it, but whatever we choose it’s absolutely my greatest honour to hold the space to help channel this divine light that is both within you and all around you.

Two weeks from now, we will gather here. Beneath the trees. Beside the fire. Held by the land.
I’ve been returning to the land lately, preparing quietly for the Wild and Free Retreat. Sitting beneath the trees. Listening. Gathering what wants to be woven into this experience.
There is a certain kind of healing that happens in spaces like this.
Away from rushing.
Away from any forcing or fixing.
Held instead by firelight, fresh air, stillness and the quiet wisdom of the earth.
Every time I stand in nature, I feel my body soften. My spirit expand. My breath deepen. And I’m reminded why reconnecting to the land matters so deeply.
This retreat was never meant to be loud or flashy.
It’s an invitation back home to yourself.
Back into your body.
Back to the divine light you already carry.
And I have this feeling that the forest is still calling for one more soul to join us here beneath these trees.
The circle is nearly formed and there is still space if you feel the quiet pull. As I begin gathering and tending to the finer details, I’d love to hear from you by Monday if it’s you.
Truly so excited to gather here with you all, 💖 Jennifer
