The Bancroft Community Family Health Team is excited to be attending the Seniors Information Expo on today from 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM at the Hastings Highlands Centre in Maynooth.

Our team will have a booth staffed by a couple of our nurses who will be available to answer your questions about:

✅ Recommended vaccines for older adults
✅ Common health concerns and healthy aging
✅ Preventative care and wellness strategies
✅ Chronic disease management
✅ Services and programs offered by the Bancroft Community Family Health Team
✅ How we can help support you in maintaining your health and independence

Whether you have a specific question or simply want to learn more about the resources available in our community, we would love to meet you.

📢 SMART Recovery Program Update

Please note that our Thursday evening SMART Recovery sessions have been cancelled due to low attendance.

We are pleased to continue offering SMART Recovery on Tuesdays from 1:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m., and we welcome anyone interested in attending.
