Health Canada currently approves patients who have been diagnosed with End-of-life distress/Terminal Illness, Treatment-Resistant Depression (TRD) or Major Depressive Disorder (MDD) and Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) that have not responded to standard treatments.

All Canadians in medical need should have access to safe and effective psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy. Patients currently accessing psychedelics in Canada are those who meet the eligibility criteria of Health Canada’s Special Access Program.

Canadian nonprofit advancing compassionate, legal access to psychedelic-assisted therapy through clinician education, advocacy, and community support.
