When working with kids, my approach is all about making them feel comfortable, heard, and involved in their treatment.

✨ I ask about their interests and use that to build a connection
✨ I use gentle pressure
✨ I keep things light with lots of smiles and reassurance
✨ I explain what I’m doing in simple terms they can understand
✨ Most importantly, I make sure they feel safe and comfortable throughout the entire treatment

⏰ A Friendly Reminder About Our Cancellation Policy

At our clinic, every appointment time is reserved just for you.

When an appointment is missed without notice, or cancelled only minutes before, that time cannot usually be filled. This affects not only our practitioners, but also other patients who may have been waiting for an appointment.

Like everyone else, we don’t work for free, and our time is valuable. We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

We completely understand that emergencies and unexpected situations happen, and we’re always happy to work with you when they do. All we ask is that you let us know as soon as possible rather than not showing up or cancelling at the last minute.

Thank you for respecting our time, our team, and the patients we care for each day. We truly appreciate your understanding and support. 💙
