Yesterday was such a beautiful afternoon at our Trillium Bucket Hat Paint Party during the Angus Pop-Up Market (APUM)! 🌿👒

It was so much fun watching everyone get creative and put their own personal touch on their Trillium hats. 🌸🎨 The clients truly enjoyed the activity, experimenting with colours, painting their flowers and creating something beautiful to take home.

But what made the afternoon especially special was seeing how much everyone enjoyed spending time together. ❤️

One of the painters shared how special it was to spend the afternoon with a friend she has known for many years. ❤️ They enjoyed sitting together, painting, chatting and simply sharing meaningful time together in a relaxed and creative setting. Moments like these are what make our workshops so special. 🌸🎨

A big THANK YOU to APUM – Pop-Up Market for creating such a wonderful community space and for making room for different workshops and activities alongside the amazing local vendors. We truly appreciate the opportunity to be part of it! 🛍️💕

And of course, a huge thank you to everyone who joined us yesterday. Your smiles, creativity and enthusiasm made the afternoon so special. 🌿🎨

It wasn't just about painting a Trillium hat. 🌸

I am feeling so grateful and inspired after a wonderful paint party at Old's Cool General Store. The sense of community there is truly something special, and that is what first attracted me to the space and inspired me to host a paint party there.

I would like to sincerely thank Zahra, Mariko, Shafik and Team for their warm welcome and for helping bring this beautiful event together. It was truly heartwarming to see everyone enjoying the event, spending time being creative, exploring art, and simply being present together. We had parents with their kids, couples, a father and his son, and groups of friends — and everyone brought such amazing, positive, energizing spirit to the space.

Zahra opened the session by welcoming everyone and sharing a beautiful story about the significance of the hummingbird, which was the theme of our painting. She also acknowledged the land and Indigenous friends, and it was very meaningful to have some of them present with us during the event. I then facilitated a visualization mindfulness session as we began the painting.

I left feeling very inspired. Sweet and unforgettable memories were made, and I truly look forward to painting again with these wonderful people and this beautiful community.

🌊🎨 Kids Ocean Paint Party – March 15! 🐢🐠

I’m excited to announce our upcoming Kids Paint Party happening on Sunday, March 15 at the Thornton Public Library!

This special ocean-themed session gives children the choice between painting a friendly Sea Turtle 🐢 or a magical Seahorse 🐠 — both designed with bright, beautiful colors and perfect for ages 6–10.

Each child will be guided to create their own 10x8 canvas masterpiece in a fun, supportive, and relaxed environment.

📅 Date: Sunday, March 15
🕠 Time: 10:30 AM – 11:30 AM
💲 Cost: $15 per child (all materials included)
🎨 Ages: 6–10

Parents are welcome to stay in the room, relax, and enjoy the creative experience alongside their child.
