I was a young adult who struggled with mobility, so creating a space where movement is inclusive (and fun!) is incredibly personal to me.

FAQ time: What do I recommend as a first class at TTS?
Members love StrongFit for many reasons- the coach demonstrates the movements as we go along and cycles the room to encourage and help with form. We always show different variations as well because we know fitness can look different to different people. Example- ground work version and the standing version.
