It's Self Care Sunday again 💗 This week we're keeping it really simple.

Tonight after your shower, take an extra two minutes and put some body oil on while your skin is still damp. That's it. It sounds so small, but there's something about actually taking care of your own skin, slowly, that feels like a reset.

Two minutes. You're worth at least that.

Sandy feet, lake gunk — my board sees it all. A quick spray and a wipe and the deck pad is fresh again. No rinsing needed, which is perfect when you're standing on a dock. And with plant-based, biodegradable ingredients, I never think twice about using it out on the water.

A huge thank you to Tanya, the owner of This experience was beyond what I ever could have imagined. I received a gift certificate for a Japanese Head Spa Treatment from at a networking event. I had no idea what to expect, but it was one of the best experiences I have ever had! It was relaxing, therapeutic and so peaceful. Tanya was lovely and so knowledgeable.
