All classes will be done in a 'TABATA CHISEL CHALLENGE 2024' private Facebook group. All levels welcome for this challenge. You will need a small selection of weights for some classes.

Tonight's 'toning' focus will be GLUTES (+inner/outer thigh) & ABS....woohoo!!
If you haven't registered yet, send me (Cathy) a message and come tonight!! I will have the waivers & par-q's ready to sign!
Bring your mat (or towel) and some water!
$60 for all 4 weeks (75minute classes), or $20 for each drop-in!

You get Cardio, toning AND Yoga stretch....WOOHOO!!!
What is 'TABATA' you ask? It's a workout where we do a move (cardio or tone) for 20 seconds, then rest for 10 secondsVERY easy to follow)...we will repeat this 8x to complete a 'TABATA'....we will have 5 or 6 TABATA rounds/class...then move on to Yoga....perfection!!
