𝗛𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗽𝗽𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝘄𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝘄𝗵𝘆 𝘄𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘁𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗺𝗼𝗻𝗲𝘆 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗳𝘂𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗻 𝘄𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘁𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗴𝘆?

We'll think carefully before spending $100...

Yet we'll give away hours of our time, our peace, and our emotional bandwidth without a second thought.

Lately, I've realized something.

𝗢𝘂𝗿 𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗴𝘆 𝗶𝘀 𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗺𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗼𝘂𝘀 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗰𝗲𝘀.

Every commitment.
Every conversation.
Every project.
Every relationship.
They all ask for a piece of it.

I've started asking myself a different question.

𝘕𝘰𝘵...
"𝗖𝗮𝗻 𝗜 𝗱𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀?"

𝘉𝘶𝘵...
"𝗜𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗵𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝗺𝘆 𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗴𝘆?"

That simple question has changed the way I make decisions.

Because every "yes" has a cost.
And every "no" creates space.

Space for peace.
Space for joy.
Space for the people, animals, and dreams that matter most.

This month within my Year of Alignment community, we continue to 𝗟𝗼𝗼𝗸 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗬𝗘𝗦.💫

Perhaps the invitation isn't to say yes to more... but instead:

Soon we welcome the 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘄𝗯𝗲𝗿𝗿𝘆 𝗠𝗼𝗼𝗻—a Full Moon in Capricorn at 𝟳:𝟱𝟲 𝗽𝗺 𝗘𝗦𝗧 𝗼𝗻 𝗝𝘂𝗻𝗲 𝟮𝟵 —and it arrives almost exactly halfway through the year.

𝗧𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗺𝗼𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝘂𝘀 𝗮 𝗯𝗲𝗮𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗳𝘂𝗹 𝗽𝗮𝘂𝘀𝗲.

Like the sure-footed mountain goat, we don't need to rush, force, or hustle our way forward. We simply need the courage to release what no longer serves us and take the next steady step.

As we reach the halfway point of the year, perhaps this is your invitation to realign with what truly matters.

As I was spending some quiet time in the garden today, I found myself reflecting on conversations I've had with coaching clients recently.

𝗠𝗮𝗻𝘆 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗱𝗼𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗶𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗿 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸, 𝗴𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗰𝗹𝗮𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗮𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗲𝗱 𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗽𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗱, 𝘆𝗲𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝘆'𝗿𝗲 𝗳𝗲𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗱𝗶𝘀𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗱 𝗯𝗲𝗰𝗮𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘀 𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗻'𝘁 𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝘆𝗲𝘁.

And it reminded me of something...

Sometimes our inner world changes before our outer world catches up.

𝗗𝗼𝗻'𝘁 𝗺𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗮 𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝗼𝗳 𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗮 𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝗼𝗳 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀.

The absence of evidence is not evidence that nothing is happening.

A little late... and right on time. 💖

I created my 𝗝𝘂𝗻𝗲 𝗔𝗹𝗽𝗵𝗮𝗯𝗲𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗔𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 at the beginning of the month but somehow never got around to sharing it. 🌸

Perhaps that's fitting because one of this month's words is 𝗨𝗻𝗳𝗼𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴.

Some things arrive exactly when they're meant to.

✨ 𝗝𝗨𝗡𝗘 • 𝗝𝗢𝗬 𝗜𝗡 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗨𝗡𝗙𝗢𝗟𝗗𝗜𝗡𝗚 ✨

As the days grow longer and the world bursts into bloom, June brings a gentle reminder:

𝗡𝗼𝘁 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗱𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗯𝗲 𝗳𝗶𝗴𝘂𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗼𝗱𝗮𝘆.

☀️ Joy in the present moment
🌸 Unfolding without needing all the answers
🌿 Nourishment for your body, mind, and spirit

Just like a flower doesn't force itself to bloom and a mountain trail doesn't reveal every turn at once, life has a way of unfolding in its own perfect timing.

💖 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗲𝗻𝗷𝗼𝘆 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘂𝗻𝗳𝗼𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴.

You don't have to rush to the next chapter or have every detail mapped out. 🙌🏻

What does this mean?

“I tolerated the bunny ears… for about 30 seconds.” 🐎🐰

That was enough. 🙄

𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗵𝘂𝗺𝗮𝗻𝘀 𝗱𝗼 𝘀𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝗳𝘂𝗻𝗻𝘆 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿…𝗯𝘂𝘁 𝗜 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗳𝗲𝗲𝗹 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁’𝘀 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗴𝗼𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝗻.

The ground is still a little frozen… but it’s softening.

🌱 Things begin long before they’re visible
🌱 Movement happens beneath the surface
🌱 New life takes root quietly

𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗱𝗼𝗻'𝘁 𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗿𝘂𝘀𝗵 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁.

You want proof.
You want timelines.
You want to know it’s working.

But that’s not how it works.

Horses don’t rush the seasons.
We don’t question the timing.

𝗪𝗲 𝗷𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝘆 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘁…𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗺𝗼𝘃𝗲 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝗶𝘁’𝘀 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗺𝗼𝘃𝗲.

✨ This is the season of renewal
✨ Of rebirth
✨ Of something new quietly rising

Even if you can’t fully see it yet.

🌿 𝗧𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗶𝘀𝗻’𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘄𝗮𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴. 𝗧𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗶𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴.

The kind that happens quietly as you soften, shift, and step into what’s already unfolding within you.

✨ 𝗙𝗨𝗟𝗟 𝗠𝗢𝗢𝗡 𝗜𝗡 𝗟𝗜𝗕𝗥𝗔 — 𝗔 𝗥𝗘𝗧𝗨𝗥𝗡 𝗧𝗢 𝗕𝗔𝗟𝗔𝗡𝗖𝗘 ✨

There’s something about a Libra Full Moon that feels like coming home. It’s my favorite moon of the year. 💓

I am a true Libra! This moon feels like a soft exhale, a quiet remembering and a return to harmony and balance. ♎️

It helps me to remember who I am, to honor my gifts and share my passion for all things magical and mystical - like moonology and numerology. ✨

𝙄𝙛 𝙬𝙚 𝙖𝙧𝙚 𝙬𝙞𝙡𝙡𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙩𝙤 𝙚𝙢𝙗𝙧𝙖𝙘𝙚 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙢𝙚𝙙𝙞𝙘𝙞𝙣𝙚 𝙤𝙛 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙛𝙪𝙡𝙡 𝙢𝙤𝙤𝙣, 𝙠𝙣𝙤𝙬 𝙩𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙞𝙩’𝙨 𝙖𝙡𝙡 𝙖𝙗𝙤𝙪𝙩 𝙧𝙚𝙡𝙚𝙖𝙨𝙚. 🌕

It’s the perfect time to treat yourself with kindness and compassion as you gently let go of whatever in your life is not serving you.

I always look to nature for it’s wisdom - and right now nature is showing us the true meaning of release:

🌿 Winter is loosening her grip
🌿 The snow is melting
🌿 The earth is softening

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗱𝘆 𝘁𝗼 𝗿𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗲?

This might be an old friendship that’s run its course; an old pattern or behaviour that is not in your best interest ….or even a commitment that no longer resonates with you.
