Ahhh it's THAT time again lol it's our fall 90 🗓day challenge 🏆group. Yes we do some here and there but this is our 🎉BIG one. Full page support, personal trainer tips, meal plans, motivation, workout ideas and even some meet ups for locals... Our last sept group had 96 people with over 80% losing over 20lbs and to many pant sizes to count lol. 💪
