What a beautiful day yesterday! I was invited to be a vendor at a private wellness day for a local company and I was blown away by the love and support that came my way. It was an incredible way to kick off market season and has me really excited for what’s to come. I have lots to make between now and next Friday when it all begins but my heart is full and that’s all the fuel I need to get moving 🤍

I also have another exciting Festival to add to my schedule mid July (stay tuned for details!) and not only will it be my first time at this amazing event but it will also mark a big first for me where Aligned will be in two places on the same weekend. Crazy? Maybe 🤣 Exciting? Definitely!! 🙌

I was out for dinner recently and someone asked me what I did. I quickly assessed the situation and said ‘I make jewelry’, which is the truth, but someone who knows me quite well all but threw up her arms in the most loving way and said ‘she does so much more than that!’ and you know what, she’s right! It’s time I stop holding back.

This is always an interesting question and depending on the situation I give different answers. If there isn’t time to offer an explanation or if I feel like someone may not be open or understand, my default is to say that I make jewelry, which I do but that’s not all and in reality it’s not the most interesting part of what I do. Don’t get me wrong, I love making jewelry and there’s so much more I want to learn in this world but I need to let go of thinking someone may not be interested or may not understand the other aspects of what I do, we could both be missing out on incredible opportunities when I do. So to anyone I have ever told that I just make jewelry, I apologize and I owe you a better answer, I’ve been holding back. There’s so much more to share! No more playing small, no more gates keeping, I do some cool s**t and I’m going to make sure everyone knows it🤣

Crystal sale today! Another new spin on an old favourite 🤍

Amazonite teardrops suspended in double hoops. There was a day that I couldn’t leave a crystal store without a piece of Amazonite. There was just something that kept drawing me to it. This beauty connects the heart and the throat promoting heartfelt communication which is how everyone should communicate in my opinion. It also balances the masculine and feminine energy within us creating a beautiful sense of harmony.

Every time I sit down to make jewelry lately I find myself playing with new ideas. I’ve been feeling a strong pull to create something different or put a new spin on an old favourite.
