Join us for a fun, hands-on workshop designed to help you build strength, confidence, and a deeper understanding of your practice. Together, we’ll explore inversions, arm balances, transitions, alignment, and creative ways to use props to support your growth.

With TWO teachers in the room, you’ll receive personalized guidance, hands-on assists (if desired), and plenty of opportunities to ask questions, explore, and play in a supportive environment.

This isn’t about perfecting poses—it’s about understanding the foundations, building confidence, and discovering what’s possible.
