Michelle Canney Guided Hands Reiki My name is Michelle Canney. My goal is to empower YOU. I offer workshops in Reiki, Psychic and Mediumship Development and Chakra Balancing. Welcome to my page.

My spiritual work also consists of intuitive and mediumship readings using a variety of techniques. I am on a journey to rediscover my truth. In this process I have had my eyes opened wide to many paths and new discoveries in achieving this. I have been practicing Reiki since 2004 and currently certified, insured and registered as a Reiki Teacher/ Practitioner with the IARP. I teach Western style

Usui Reiki and also currently have my Shoden and Okuden (1&2 level) Jikiden Reiki and Shoden Level Komyo Reiki Kai which are both Eastern styles. My passion is helping others and with Reiki it allows me to practice, share and teach in my community. Reiki is a gentle yet powerful way to re-establish balance in our physical, emotional and mental body as well as creating wholeness spiritually. Reiki energy bypasses the symptom and works at the root cause of illness. Subsequently symptoms dissipate and we regain balance on all levels. Since Reiki has no contraindications it is perfectly safe for people currently receiving other alternative therapies or traditional allopathic treatment. My desire is to work harmoniously with western medical professionals in hospital environments and cancer centres as well as nursing homes. I offer my services in palliative care settings as well as hospitals. On a volunteer basis I currently work with another Reiki Practitioner at the Royal Victoria hospital offer sessions for staff as part of the my care plan, promoting a healthy workplace and helping achieve work/life balance. please visit my personal website for more info about what I can offer you. The last two weeks I've heard this saying ALOT....it is what it is....

The journey isn’t “it is what it is” disguised as acceptance.
Life can move, shift and change anytime WE allow a new reality to enter into it.
If fate leaves no room for shift, then “it is what it is” can become a mindset that says: this is my reality, it is fated, nothing will change and I hold no power.
But how can we ever feel empowered if we leave no room for possibility?
Maybe it isn’t “it is what it is.”
Maybe it’s…
