We are providing Moderna vaccine for:

First Dose:

Induviduals who are 18 years old and over
Second Dose:

Individuals who

- are 70+ in 2021 and has received their first dose at least 28 days ago,
- received a first dose of an mRNA vaccine (Pfizer or Moderna) on or before April 18, 2021
- received a first dose of AstraZeneca 12 weeks or more apart from their first dose
