Let’s go back in time to 2011 when colonics were only $79!
If you or someone you know has been waiting — this is your sign to get started now.

I can’t believe it has been 15 years since I first moved to Barrie and started my career in nutrition and colon hydrotherapy. I did not do this on my own. Thank you to everyone who has supported me along the way.

Stack them up, give them away, start your cleanse, do the colonic series you’ve been waiting to do.

Or just book your session in and we will adjust your pricing when you’re in the clinic.

My parents have been wild foraging ramps since I as early as I can remember. In Korean they’re called 산마늘 (San Mah Nul), mountain garlic. Wild leeks are one of my favourite spring plants to eat!
We will be making kimchi, obviously, 🤭 but what are other ways you love and recommend preparing ramps? Have you tried them before? 🌱

10 Day Reset & Cleanse.
FREE to Participate. 🎀

We kindly ask that instead of a payment to our nutritionists who are donating their time & knowledge, that you pay it forward with a donation to a local charity of your choice! 💞

Our focus will be on daily habits & lifestyle — we want to lay a foundation of simple routines that we can continue to carry into the rest of the year.

We will have daily prompts and check ins for the 10 days and there will be continued support offered for anyone participating in the Parasite Cleanse. 🚫🪱
Cleanse kits are available for purchase but you can also use any cleanse products that you already have or are comfortable using.
