Amazing work with international coordination

Thanks to ongoing suppression efforts, all three fires in the Rinker Lake Fire Complex are now being held.

THU036 is 301,240 hectares and is now being held.
DRY034 is 45,800 hectares and is now being held.
DRY035 is 30,158 hectares and is now being held.

Fire activity remains on the low, though smoke may still be visible in some areas.

This change in status indicates that with currently committed resources, sufficient suppression action has been taken so that the fire is unlikely to spread beyond existing or predetermined control boundaries under current or forecasted conditions.

Thank you to the crews and support personnel whose dedication and hard work throughout the season made this milestone possible.
