I would NEVER take a statin (a cholesterol lowering medication)!
Because I know cholesterol is ESSENTIAL
Because I don't want to increase my risk of type 2 diabetes or heart failure
Because I don't want to set up a hormonal s**t show
Because I don't want muscle fatigue & joint pain
Because I don't want Alzheimer's!
And because I know the cholesterol heart health theory is utterly incorrect
Cholesterol is the firefighter, showing up to help the damage done to your arteries by other things - like sugar, glyphosate, aluminum, ci******es 🚬 and other things that cause a lot of oxidative stress and inflammation
Cholesterol is there to repair the tissue, it did not cause the damage
High LDL in blood work IS an important indicator; it indicates you don't have enough cholesterol-sulfate
- you are lacking sunlight on your skin
- your liver is sluggish or overworked (think high fructose corn syrup, alcohol, sugar, glyphosate and almost all pharmaceuticals, including over the counter like Tylenol )
If the heart health theory of medicine was correct, wouldn't we have seen a drastic decrease in heart related illnesses and deaths over the decades?
Why is heart disease STILL the number one cause of death? When statins, cholesterol lowering meds, are THE MOST prescribed drug out there!? And they keep lowering the reference ranges to get even MORE and younger people on these meds..oh and why do you suppose there's an Alzheimer's epidemic...???
You seriously think it's a coincidence, considering the very real "side" effects of statins have that include higher risk of Alzheimer's...
But what do I know 🤷♀️ I didn't go to a pharmaceutical funded medical school
