This week I have had FOUR last-minute “no shows”/cancellations 😩
If you cannot make your appointment, please let me know or call the clinic and leave a voicemail when you receive your 24-hour reminder the day before.
As a self-employed individual AND a single mom, last minute changes greatly affect my daily schedule for childcare and my ability to put food on the table.
A $50 cancellation/no show fee is expected to be paid at the time of your next visit if you plan to book in again.
