Regulate & Rise: The Nervous System Reset is a 3-day guided experience designed to help you calm your nervous system, release emotional overwhelm, and reconnect with a deeper sense of safety, clarity, and balance in your body.
Each day, you’ll be guided through a short activation (10 minutes) that combines bioenergetic awareness, somatic practices, and gentle emotional processing. These sessions are designed to help you identify where stress and emotions are held in your body, work with them safely, and begin to release what no longer needs to be carried.
This experience is simple, accessible, and supportive — no prior experience is needed. You can move through each session at your own pace, allowing your body the space it needs to process and integrate.
By the end of the 3 days, many participants feel more grounded, regulated, and connected to themselves, with practical tools they can continue to use in their everyday life.
