Just getting a chance to reflect on two amazing days at the ESI Show in Toronto ✨

I spent both days attending classes, listening to inspiring speakers, and learning so much about our ever-evolving beauty and wellness industry. It honestly felt so good to be surrounded by people who are passionate about skincare, self-care, and helping others feel their best. 💕

One of my favourite parts of the show was visiting the Histolab station with my wonderful Histolab rep, Phoebe! I’m so excited and proud to be working with Histolab — such an incredible Korean skincare line — and to be using these beautiful products at Bench Skin & Spa. ✨

I also treated myself a little while I was there… I had my teeth whitened, experienced an AMAZING LHALA Peel treatment that was gentle, effective, and didn’t burn at all, and tried a sound wave relaxation chair that was honestly incredible. Total relaxation. 💆‍♀️✨

The reps, the education, the treatments, the energy — such an amazing experience from beginning to end.

Sometimes you leave these events feeling exhausted… but also completely re-energized and reminded why you love what you do in the first place.

So grateful for the conversations, the connections, and all the inspiration I’m bringing back with me. 💕

What an incredible day of learning and inspiration! ✨

I had the absolute pleasure of attending training for the beautiful Austrian skincare line, VINOBLE, and I truly loved every moment of it. The education was so informative, refreshing, and inspiring — I’m beyond excited for this luxurious skincare experience to be offered at the beautiful Inn On The Twenty Spa. 💆‍♀️🍇

A heartfelt thank you to the amazing Ramona and Antonella from The SKN Company for sharing your knowledge, passion, and expertise with us. Your energy made the day unforgettable!

A special thank you as well to Sarah Stanley for the opportunity to continue growing, learning, and being part of such an inspiring spa team. 💕

It was also wonderful connecting and learning alongside such talented fellow estheticians, and spending time with an incredible group of spa professionals. Grateful to be surrounded by so many passionate people in this industry.
