10 years!!! How can it be 10 years already?!?! It all started with me attending a local fitness class, to being asked to teach, (I was scared to death), to obtaining so many certifications, to deciding to go out on my own! And then 10 years ago is when FUEL fitness & Nutrition gym came to life, it started in a small space in the Sungro centre and grew into a brand new building only to be shut down from C***d 9 days after opening, but that didn’t stop us! I ended up buying a second location in Oakbank all while building a wonderful team of gym staff and instructors! Over the last ten years I have grown so much, I have learned so much more than I ever expected, I have worn so many hats that I didn’t even know I was capable of, I have met so many amazing people and watched so many peoples lives transform! There have been many ups and downs, lots of laughter, lots of tears, lots of lessons (good ones and hard ones too) and so many friendships and connections! I am so grateful for every single person who has ever walked into our space, whether you’ve been with us from day one or are brand new I appreciate and value you! I would not be here without everyone’s support, commitment and dedication to their health! Watching you all show up and take care of YOU is everything I dreamed it would be and I can’t be more proud to call you part of our FUEL Family! Thank you for allowing me to be part of one of the most important journeys of your life! Let’s stay healthy, keep working hard! Here’s to 10 amazing years! Can’t wait to watch us continue to grow! 😉💪🏻🎉
