🙃 Taking three deep breaths before replying to a text.

Growth isn't always graceful.

Sometimes it's messy, uncomfortable, and surprisingly human.

And that's ok.
The path isn't about perfection.
It's about returning to yourself again and again.

The world will always offer opinions, advice, distractions, and noise.

But your inner wisdom speaks in a much quieter voice.

Sometimes cultivating your inner light means spending less time looking for answers outside yourself and more time listening to what you already know.

A few moments of stillness.
A walk in nature.
A meditation.
A yoga or tai chi class.
A Reiki session.

The practices themselves are simple.

The magic is in creating enough space to hear yourself again.

Getting close to hitting the half way point in 2026!

It’s a great time to take a look at the past 5 months and see how far you’ve come. 👀

☝🏼it’s also a great time to think about what you want to bring into your life, for the next half of the year.

Set some time aside for yourself to do a little assessment of your life, after all every day is precious, why not make the most of them?!

Honestly, ask yourself:
How have things been?
How do I want them to go?

Life Force Nutrition involves eating foods to enhance your vitality and incorporating protocols to cleanse your body. 💪🏼🌱

Both aspects are of equal importance, balance is key. ☯️

I starting fasting on my healing journey in 2011 and it taught me many things about my body, but one of the biggest things that shifted was my mindset towards my body.

I used to hate myself.

I don’t even like to use that “h” word today, but it was how I felt about my body.

As I fasted I began realizing how amazing my body actually is, and everything slowly began to shift.

My perspective of my body was changing, my health was improving, I was maintaining my weight, my overall mindset was improving with self discipline, self confidence and joy.

Fresh juice detox’s are a great way to offer easily digestible nutrients for your system while supporting your overall health.

The more time I spend in nature, the more I’m reminded that healing happens when we feel safe enough to soften.

So many people carry stress, emotional heaviness, tension, fatigue, or grief quietly.

You don’t always have to “push through.”

Reiki can offer a gentle reset — a space to rest, reconnect, and support your body’s natural healing process.

All good things must come to an end, including holidays 🙃😅.

☝🏼But, 🌀 everything is always in motion, therefore classes are starting back up this week and you can book your Reiki session too. 🎉

☯️Tuesday’s in Beausejour at the Zion Lutheran church: $12 drop ins
4:30-5:30pm Tai Chi
5:45-6:45pm Meditation
7-8pm Tai Chi

☯️Wednesday’s in Whitemouth at Moon Gate Guest House: $15 drop ins
3-4pm Tai Chi

☯️Wednesday’s in Lac du Bonnet at the Community Hall: $13 drop ins
5:15-6:15 Tai Chi
6:30-7:30 Meditation

🕉️Thursday’s in Beausejour at the Zion Lutheran Church: $12 drop ins
5:45-6:45pm Strength & Toning Yoga
(We usually finish closer to 7pm)

No experience necessary to join Tai Chi or meditation. Wear comfy clothing for Tai Chi, flat shoes, socks, barefeet or slippers.

Both meditation and Tai chi flow better if you come with an open mind 😉

You must be able to get up and down off the floor for yoga but you do not need prior experience. Wear comfy clothes to move in, bring a yoga mat and a water bottle.

If you have any questions about classes or making an appointment, send me a DM or text.

You do not need to register if you want to join any of the classes, just show up!
