Enjoy being wrapped in a blanket of soothing and healing frequencies that allow you to relax & ground in a safe environment.
Reiki will also be offered to those who wish to receive.
Show up as you are, where you are.
Bring a yoga mat - a pillow and blanket will be provided.
Enjoy the healing sounds laying on the floor or on the available sofas/chairs.
