Open your eyes to the life around you. 👁️✨👁️
The trees, the water, the soil, the birds, the people nearby. Nothing thrives entirely on its own does it?
We belong to that same living world.
To me, the collective field is this living connection. We’re shaped by it and contribute through how we live, create and care for one another. You may have felt that resonance when you’re fully present with yourself and/or with others, whether you’re singing, sharing a meal, or sitting quietly together.
I believe that finding your way back to your center can begin with a forest walk, a few gentle stretches, or a cup of tea without your phone. Breathwork, meditation, sound, music and movement offer other ways to reconnect. Begin with what brings you joy.
This is part of BEAM, tending to the heart flame, illuminating what’s within and remembering our connection with nature and one another. I believe the unmanifested field holds new possibilities we haven’t yet brought to life 🌀 Something you feel may become a song, a gathering, or a new way of supporting your community.
Perhaps we’re all students in a University of Love, learning through what we experience and how we care for the life around us and the love. As we go within and opening our heart fields. Children have plenty to teach us here too, don’t they?
For those of us heading into a cold winter, time outside now may deepen the connection we carry into the quieter months. With so much changing, perhaps going inward right now means listening for what we’re ready to nurture and bring it to life together.
As we go within, we may even be surprised by what opens up within us ☀️ something more expansive and brighter than we could have ever imagined.
What are you contributing to the collective field?
Lovebeams,
Megan
