Journal-Meditate-Exercise-Work on yourself-Read the book-Do the practice-Figure out the pattern-Heal the thing....aaaaaaand repeat!

If you're anything like me, personal growth can accidentally become another full-time job.

Sometimes what we REALLY need though is to simply: receive.

That's one of the things I love most about Reiki.

You don't have to perform or try to figure anything out.

You get comfortable, and just for a little while...you let yourself be cared for.

🍂 Autumn Reiki packages available through October. See you in the studio

There's a lot of language in healing spaces about releasing.

Release the emotion.
Release the past.
Release the block.
Release the old version of yourself.

In my own journey, I've learned that sometimes trying desperately to get rid of something is just another way of staying tangled up with it.

What if it happened...and it gets to have happened?

What if we didn't need to erase it or pick it all apart until it hurts like a fresh wound again to understand every piece of it?

What if by letting it be, we stop fighting it and give ourselves some grace?

Sometimes:
It was.
It is.
And I can still move forward.

Let It Be. 🍂

I've been experimenting with bringing two of my favourite practices together in one session.

We begin with MAP — getting curious and shifting a pattern, belief, block or something in your life that you'd like to work through.

Then?

Get comfortable and receive 20 minutes of Reiki.

MAP for the shift.
Reiki for the exhale.

Something new is coming. ✨

Made-to-order Reiki-Infused Pet Beds

Each bed is hand-knit/crocheted by me using super-soft chenille yarn and customized for your little companion.

And while I knit, I practice Reiki.

So Reiki and loving intention are woven into their bed, stitch by stitch.

They're soft and flexible, making them perfect for a favourite corner, crate, couch, car or your bed.
