Acupuncture is about so much more than pain relief. ❤️

The NADA protocol is one of the approaches I use to support mental health, stress, trauma and addiction recovery.

Mental health and addictions are two of the biggest reasons I began my journey into Eastern medicine. After losing someone very close to me, I wanted to find a way to help people who felt like they had been left behind by other healthcare systems.

Being able to support people through some of life’s hardest moments is a big part of why I love what I do.
