“Learn to love what you have, before life teaches you to love what you’ve lost.”

I lost my mobility after my accident in February 2025, & I don’t think I realized how much I took movement for granted until I lost my mobility for over a year. It was honestly one of the hardest things I’ve ever gone through. The last 2 months of ankle & knee rehab, & finally getting back into fitness have changed what movement means to me. I’m SO grateful I *get to* walk into a gym, lift weights, do yoga, & just move my body again! Even the hard days feel different when I remember how badly I missed being able to do these things.

So if you’re recovering from an injury or going through a period where your body isn’t capable of what it once was, don’t underestimate the small improvements. I know they can feel insignificant when you’re in it. Eventually you look back & realize how far you’ve actually come! One thing is for sure…I’ll never take movement for granted EVER again🥰🥹

So grateful for Abby Park for being there every step of the way & getting sneaky videos of me during our sessions💪🏼😎 haha!
