RECIPE OF THE WEEK from Crowsnest Pantry 🥣

Okay, breakfast people, this one looks delish!

Oats + chia seeds + almond milk, then pile on Greek yogurt, warm berries, banana, almond butter, honey and a little granola for crunch.

Make it the night before, chuck it in the fridge, and breakfast is one less thing to think about in the morning.

100% pure cranberry juice is a handy one to have around- especially for those prone to recurring UTIs. Cranberries contain compounds that may help make it harder for certain bacteria to stick to the urinary tract.

Not a cure for a UTI, but a pretty neat little berry nonetheless.
