Empowering Balance Sound Practitioners, Stress Management Services Through the years we have experienced and learned about different modalities.

For many years we have been involved in and learning about alternative, natural ways to maintain & improve our health. In 2003 we became certified reflexologists. In 2010 we went to a group sound night and experienced for ourselves for the first time the power of sound & IQubes. Since then we have been sharing this with other, using sound to help people release & reduce physical mental & emotional

stress. Things that have been holding people subconsciously from living the amazing life we are all meant to live. During this time our lives have changed in many amazing ways, our family relationships are better, we have shorter periods of stress, emotional & distressful things are shorter & less severe, relief from headaches & more

We look forward to sharing this customized sound healing, IQubes and hexagonal water with more people until it is so mainstream that everyone knows about and uses it all

Thank you to the wonderful ladies that came out to drum yesterday afternoon with us from Empowering Balance . We were visited by 2 eagles who soared above us while we drummed along to fishing in the dark. Such an amazing experience I posted below what the symbolism of this is.

Absolutely love the new drum I created last Sunday she turned out better then I had imagined. Thank you so much Jennifer Rykurd with Wild Rose Healing & Drums for helping birth her last week. Such an amazing experience. I will share the drums story soon. I love playing her so much. Thank you to Katherine Renaud, Dorothy Vig, Brenda Smawley, Jess Branch and my daughter for coming and creating their own drums was an absolutely fun day and experience.
