One of my fave classes to guide all year!

What a beautiful morning of yoga, community & giving back at Lock 32 in Bobcaygeon we had on Saturday (Aug 22)! 🌿

Together, we raised $385 for Woodlands Wildlife Sanctuary, and my heart is so full. 💚

Thank you to everyone who showed up, supported, donated, and shared in this special practice. There is something truly magical about gathering in community and connecting through the ancient art of yoga. 🙏

Let the body be your teacher, the breath your guide, and joy your way of being.

Real angels do roam this earth 😇🐾
Rio is on his way home today ✈️

Our hearts are so full. The outpouring of love and support to help get him here has been nothing short of incredible. We are deeply grateful to each and every one of you who showed up with kindness, generosity, and care. Witnessing a community come together like this has been truly magical.

To our amazing flight angels, we cannot thank you enough for carrying him safely on this journey. To Tania from .angels.costarica - who guided us through this entire process with such compassion and dedication, and to our unbelievable vet, Dr. Luna .cr - who took Rio in and cared for him. We are endlessly grateful. And to everyone who played a part along the way, thank you. Truly.

There are no words that fully capture how much this means to us. We are beyond excited to welcome Rio home and begin this next chapter together. He will always have a safe, loving, fun, and adventurous home with us 🐕🦴

Flight Angel Needed ✈️🐾

We are looking for a flight angel traveling with Avianca from San José, Costa Rica to Toronto Pearson, Canada to help bring our sweet rescue dog Rio home to us.

Rio has stolen our hearts, and we are trying to get him safely home to begin his new life with our family. A flight angel simply travels on the same flight and helps us by having Rio booked under their reservation, we would coordinate the details and cover any associated costs.

If you or someone you know may be flying this route and would be willing to help, please send me a message. Sharing this post would mean so much too.
