Last year I discovered Reverest haskap you pick just up the road from me. Today i picked 4.5 four L pails (the big ice cream pails) I will freeze them and use them in my yogurt or I love to add them to my triple berry crisp. Love having fresh fruit from locals along with my fruit I grow on my acreage. Check them out. Call or text Andy. I have 6 cookie trays full of them. Once frozen i will bag them up and enjoy all winter long. 😋

What a great weekend with Debra Morris. We did the walk for Big Gifts for Little Lives then headed to Calgary for the Menopause Summit. Great experts talking about Solutions and embracing this time. Even got to spend the evening with my cousin Shawna and had supper together. Stay tuned for the next summit in Oct here in Edmonton. Also they have monthly get togethers with experts. Regardless of whether it's sunny or gloomy, I love being able to get out for my walks and taking in all the green, new buds and flowers popping up and new life. We have our robin back in her nest from last year with some eggs. I look forward to this all winter, so I take it all in and am so greatful for the new season. What brings you joy in this season?
