Class schedule until June 26. Reposted as there is was a small switch - Skills 1/2 moved to Saturdays and Mens Circuit moved to Monday nights! These are the only two classes with regular openings. Book in now!

(This is special class is open to anyone who is new to the studio. This is class is not suitable for anyone who is experiencing chronic or acute pain in their body.)
