Coming up to 12 years as a RMT and going strong 💪 a profession where we are told you are lucky if make it past 5 years. A profession where you are constantly learning. What I have learned is if I practice what I preach I’ll be here for 12 plus more years doing what I love ❤️ for me balance is everything. Work hard, play hard but always take care of yourself. Good food, exercise, mental space and time outside doing the things I love with the people I love.
