Dermal Filler Aftercare

One of the most important things you can do after dermal filler treatments is to follow proper aftercare!

*Stay hydrated for 3 days after treatment

*Avoid exercise for the first 24-48 hours

*Avoid applying skincare/makeup for 24 hours after

*Avoid alcohol for 24 hours after treatment

*Avoid rubbing or touching the area to reduce infection risk

*Avoid intense heat (saunas, sun exposure, sun beds) for at least a few days after

*Avoid blood thinning/anti-inflammatory medications for 48 hours (unless you are prescribed these medications by your doctor - speak to your injector about this)
