Happy Teachers’ Day! 🌿🙏

A few glimpses from my visit to my alma mater, Shri Krishna Government Ayurveda College, now Shri Krishna Ayush University, Kurukshetra.
It was wonderful to see students deeply engaged in learning Ayurveda and the hospital bustling with patients—truly reflecting the institution’s growth in Ayurveda education and healthcare.
I had a meaningful discussion with Vice Chancellor Dr. Kartar Singh Dhiman about his vision for developing world-class facilities and strengthening the institution. I also shared perspectives on the growing journey of Ayurveda in North America and the regulatory challenges it faces.
Returning to the place where my Ayurveda journey began was both nostalgic and inspiring.
On Teachers’ Day, I express my heartfelt gratitude to all my teachers and gurus who have shaped my journey. 🙏🌿

On this Doctor’s Day, I bow in gratitude to every physician who serves with knowledge, humility, and compassion.

To preserve the health of the healthy and to relieve the suffering of the ill—this is the eternal purpose of Ayurveda.

Honoured to deliver a session on “Ayurveda-Based Strategies for Stress Management in Academia” at Ch. Devi Lal Group of Institutions, Jagadhri on 28 February 2026.

During the Faculty Development Program, I shared practical and evidence-based Ayurvedic perspectives on managing stress, enhancing mental well-being, and improving work–life balance for educators.

It was encouraging to see enthusiastic participation from faculty members across departments, followed by an engaging and thoughtful discussion on integrating holistic wellness approaches into academic life.

Grateful to the institution for the warm hospitality and commitment to promoting holistic faculty development and academic excellence.

🌿 AYUSH 2026, Dubai | Advancing Evidence-Based Ayurveda

The next decade will be defined not merely by integration, but by validation—where traditional wisdom is strengthened through rigorous research, clinical data, technology, and global scientific collaboration.

It was a privilege to present “Ayurveda Perspective of the Happiness Index” at the 3rd International AYUSH Conference & Exhibition at the Dubai World Trade Centre (15–17 February 2026).

What was particularly encouraging this year was the clear shift toward evidence generation—clinical trials, outcome measures, HALE correlations, standardization, and regulatory frameworks. The discourse around Ayurveda is evolving from narrative to data, from tradition alone to tradition validated.

Ayurveda is steadily positioning itself within global health conversations—not as an alternative, but as a research-backed system contributing to preventive health, longevity, and quality-of-life indices.

Especially proud of our young research scholars who presented structured, data-driven work and were recognized with awards. Their commitment to methodological rigor reflects the future direction of Ayurveda—scientifically articulated, globally relevant, and policy-aligned.

As always, the most meaningful exchanges happened beyond the podium—discussions on collaborative studies, publication pathways, standardization models, and translational research across continents.

Grateful to the Ministry of AYUSH, International Delegate Assembly (IDA), World Ayurveda Foundation (WAF), and all organisers for fostering a platform that strengthens the scientific foundation of Ayurveda on the global stage.
