BTMS-50%, or Behentrimonium Methosulfate is a vegetable based conditioning emulsifier. It can be used to emulsify lotions and scrubs but is more commonly used to make hair conditioners. The recommended usage rate is 1 – 14%. BTMS-50 is capable of emulsifying high levels of silicone, and is also a fantastic emulsifier for use in skin care products.

INCI: Behentrimonium Methosulfate (and) Cetyl Alcohol (and) Butylene Glycol. BTMS-50 can effectively be used as a stand-alone emulsification system, along with its ability to emulsify almost all silicones up to around 50%. Often added at the oil phase of a cosmetic formulation.

Organic Olive Leaves are antiseptic, astringent, febrifuge, tranquilizer. Olive Oil: cholagogue, demulcent, emollient, laxative.
