Jesus has ascended into heaven and from there He sends the Holy Spirit to strengthen and guide us. In the Upper Room Mary waited with the Apostles in prayer and trust. She still waits with us today, ready to form our hearts so we can receive the fire of the Holy Spirit and live fully for Christ.

Prayer for the Day
O Immaculata
Queen of Heaven and earth
I give you this new day and all that I am.
As we prepare for the coming of the Holy Spirit prepare my heart to receive His gifts.
Form me more perfectly in your love so that I may live every moment for Jesus.
I renew my total consecration to you today.
Use me as your instrument to bring more souls to Jesus through you.
Amen.
