Our location is looking for someone to join our Pharmacy team!

Super Thrifty Drugs Canada is seeking a full time Pharmacy Assistant to join our team in Brandon at Super Thrifty Pharmacy Richmond Centre!

👉Candidate must be available Monday to Friday, 9am – 6pm and will be expect to work at least one Saturday shift every month. No evenings, Sundays or holidays. This position requires the ability to complete daily pharmacy assistant duties, as well as working directly in a specialty compounding lab.

𝐃𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐥𝐮𝐝𝐞:
✅Inputting and preparing prescription orders and compliance packs with diligence and accuracy
✅Preparing specialty medications in our Level B compliant compounding lab
✅Working with Third Party Payers and Insurance Plans
✅Answering phone calls and assisting customers
✅Maintaining pharmacy inventory
✅Operation of cash register

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐞𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐨𝐲𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭:
☑ Exceptional customer service skills
☑ Previous pharmacy experience and knowledge of Kroll an asset
☑ Ability to effectively communicate with co-workers and customers
☑ Self-motivated and able to work as part of a team
