I work with the subtle energy systems of the body to clear blockages, release old patterns, and restore natural flow. My practice blends a range of healing arts—including Reiki, Integrated Energy Therapy®, Access Bars®, chakra and aura work, and both remote and in-person group facilitation—all grounded in compassion, intuition, and sacred presence. I am currently deepening my work through advanced

training with The Four Winds Society, working toward certification as a Master Practitioner of Shamanic Energy Medicine. This earth-honouring lineage adds ancestral depth and luminous healing to my evolving offerings. Beyond my dedication to Energy Therapy, I also lead High Vibe Times, a platform that amplifies the voices of holistic practitioners, healers, and conscious creators dedicated to helping others heal, awaken, and expand. I recently travelled to see Panache Desai at his most recent live event after experiencing profound shifts in my own life through his daily Call to Calm meditations. His teachings have helped me cultivate greater peace, acceptance, and trust.

Following the live event, he shared this edition of his daily Call to Calm meditation.
