Birth is often much quieter than what we’ve been taught to believe.
When you’re undisturbed, in the comfort of your own home, and surrounded by people who actually support the way you want to birth, it can be incredibly peaceful.
No one telling you what to do or how to do it.
Just you, leaning into the waves, trusting your instincts, with the support of whoever you choose to have there.
This is what birth can sound like.
