I always went with the over the counter shampoo and conditioner… I didn’t realize you could mix and match to suit your hair and scalp needs, and I never did oil treatments or anything that would help my scalp… I have always had a lot of hair but my scalp was itchy at times and flakey the other times and it was always sooo heavy… I was introduced to Monat’s Rejuveniqe Oil and I started to learn about the benefits of scalp care and from there I was hooked with the difference it made to my hair!
