Happy Thanksgiving! 🍂🧡

To all of my amazing clients — thank you. I am so thankful for the growth Smile and Shine has seen this year, and it's all because of you.

A quick update: my books are currently closed. I'm not taking on new clients or one-time deep cleans at this time — unless we've recently corresponded about your quote, or we've already got your start date scheduled!

Wishing you and your families a warm and happy Thanksgiving weekend! 🦃🍁

To Our Valued Clients,

I want to take a moment to address a recent situation that has unfortunately led to defamatory and false comments being made publicly about my business.

Rest assured, our policy remains to take extensive measures to ensure client satisfaction. We will continue to go above and beyond to see you smile, and your house shine. I will not go into details regarding this matter not only out of respect for her privacy and as per our agreement, but because this has now become a legal matter and should be left as such.

In over 10 years of business, I have prided myself on maintaining professionalism, integrity, and transparency with every client interaction. I’ve never had a bad review until now, and that alone speaks volumes about the values I uphold and the work I stand behind.

Thank you to everyone who continues to support and trust my business. Your loyalty and kind words mean everything.

Sincerely,
Jenna 💜
