🌸🌺SPRING🌸🌺

It’s a big season with a lot of changes for me. Lots of time spent with friends, family, animals, and soaking up the sun.

On a bigger note, as of May 30th, I am no longer working out of the Brantford location. A huge thank you to .rmt for allowing me to work from her beautiful space. I’m forever grateful.

I’m still working full time at Cobblestone, but I have some big news.

My last week at Cobblestone will be August 28th. I have decided to make a major life change and return to school, which also means moving to a new city.

I’m hopeful to find another RMT to take my place when I leave so you can continue receiving the best care possible. If you know anyone who may be interested, please let me know!

I want to say a huge thank you to everyone who has trusted me to be part of their wellness journey. It has truly meant a lot to me.

My Instagram may shift a little as my life shifts too. I’m looking forward to documenting my experience as a student again while still sharing massage therapy content. I’ll still be in practice, just taking a different path for a while.

February was full in the best way. From treating athletes at O-Cup to focused time on the massage table, this month was about helping people move well and recover better. Outside the clinic, I made space to snowboard, try pottery, throw axes, train, race, and of course spend time with my dog. I also crossed the finish line at .ca , which felt like a strong way to close out the month.

Being an athlete, staying creative, and continuing to challenge myself makes me a better therapist. Grateful for everyone who trusted me with their recovery in February.
